New electric kid on the block
Engineering Jobs
The NICE Car Company has unveiled a new electric car destined for the UK market.
Designed by Giugiaro of Italdesign and manufactured in Hong Kong, the cost of this vehicle will start at £8,995.
With a range of around 40 miles in ‘normal’ city conditions, MyCar has a top speed of circa 40 mph.
Due to its lack of CO2 emissions, the car will be exempt from road tax and congestion charging in London.
Available with a glass roof or with a removable glass roof, the structure of the vehicle is built from fibreglass reinforced plastic with a steel tubular spaceframe.
