T-Mobile rolls out nationwide HSUPA mobile broadband

T-Mobile has unveiled what it's describing as a range of improvements to its network, the first of which is the introduction of the UK's first nationwide fast upload network, "HSUPA", the broadband upload service.
As of 1 July, users will experience up to a five-fold improvement in the time it takes to upload photos and videos to websites at speeds of up to 1.4Mbps.
In addition, the company is in the process of upgrading its 3G network to offer speeds of up to 7.2Mbps, initially within the M25 but rolling out to other major cities during the second half of 2008.
